This cozy baked strawberry oatmeal is naturally sweet, hearty, and perfect for meal prep. Made with oats, banana, and almond milk it’s warm, fruity, and so satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mash the banana. Stir in almond milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. Add oats and mix until combined.
  4. Gently fold in strawberries.
  5. Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use extra-ripe banana for best flavor and sweetness.
  • You can substitute oat milk or regular milk.
