These 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies are soft, chewy, and incredibly easy to make. With no flour and minimal prep, they come together in one bowl and bake in just minutes. Perfect for a quick dessert or anytime sweet craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (no added sugar recommended)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (or cane sugar)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Position the oven rack in the center.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  4. Lightly grease a fork and gently press each dough ball to flatten, creating a crisscross pattern on top.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. The centers will look soft but will firm up as they cool. Avoid overbaking.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Cookies will appear soft when removed from the oven but will set as they cool.
  • Do not overbake or they may turn dry and crumbly.
