Soft, chewy, and naturally sweet, these 2 Ingredient Apple Cookies are made with just applesauce and almond flour. Gluten free, dairy free, and perfect for quick snacks, school lunches, or a healthy dessert.

  • 1 cup (96 g) superfine almond flour


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a bowl, mix applesauce and almond flour until fully combined.
  • Using a 1 tablespoon scoop, portion dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  • Flatten each ball into a thick disk and smooth edges if needed.
  • Bake 15-18 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
  • Cool completely on the sheet before removing.

Notes

  • Use unsweetened applesauce for the best balance of flavor.
  • Superfine almond flour makes cookies soft and tender.
