White Chocolate Ting-a-Lings are the easiest no-bake holiday cookies you only need a few ingredients, one bowl, and about 10 minutes of hands-on time. They’re crunchy, sweet, festively speckled, and perfect for last-minute holiday treats or gifting.

When I’m building a big holiday dessert tray, I love pairing these with my Easy Christmas Cookies and my soft, buttery Cream Cheese Cookies. Together they make the prettiest mix of colors, flavors, and textures for any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • ½ cup butter
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: holiday sprinkles or crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate chips together, stirring until completely smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the crispy rice cereal and gently fold until all the cereal is fully coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment, forming small clusters.
  6. Add sprinkles or nuts on top if desired.
  7. Let the cookies set at room temperature for 30–45 minutes, or refrigerate to speed up the process.

Notes

  • Add-ins: Mix in peanuts, pretzel pieces, or mini marshmallows for extra texture.
  • Chocolate options: Swap white chocolate for almond bark for a smoother melt.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 5–7 days.
  • Freezing: Freeze in a single layer, then store in freezer bags for up to 2 months. They thaw quickly at room temp.
