Boil the Potatoes
Wash and boil baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (12–15 minutes). Drain and let cool slightly.
Smash the Potatoes
Place potatoes on a cutting board. Smash each potato to about 1/2 inch thick with a masher or fork.
Season the Potatoes
Toss smashed potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat evenly.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
Garnish and Serve
