Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash banana until mostly smooth.
- Stir in oats, pecans, maple syrup, and optional spice. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes until lightly golden and set.
- Cool completely before storing or serving.
