- 2 cups filtered water

Instructions
- Boil water. Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a kettle or pot.
- Add herbs. Place lemon balm leaves and optional ginger in a teapot or infuser.
- Steep. Pour hot water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Strain. Remove herbs and pour tea into your favorite mug.
