Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon Japanese pink salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water. Heat 2 cups of water in a small pot.

  4. Add flavor. Stir in 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp lemon juice until combined.
  5. Serve. Pour into a glass and enjoy warm or serve over ice.

Notes

  • Use filtered water for cleanest taste.
  • Add a lemon slice for extra brightness.
  • Store in the fridge up to 24 hours; stir before drinking.
