A creamy baked chocolate yogurt cheesecake made with Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, eggs, and a touch of sweetness. Simple, rich, and naturally flourless.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 34 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.
  3. Crack in the eggs.
  4. Add cocoa powder and sweetener.
  5. Whisk until smooth and lump free.
  6. Pour batter into a lined baking pan.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until set.
  8. Cool completely at room temperature.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  10. Slice and serve cold.
