1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
½ cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot based on your preference)
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños, finely diced (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Tortillas:
12 corn tortillas (6-inch) or small flour tortillas

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix salsa, sour cream, diced jalapeños, lime juice, and taco seasoning until well combined.
Add the shredded chicken and cheese to the bowl and stir until the filling is evenly mixed.
Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30–40 seconds to make them pliable.
Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture to the lower third of the tortilla.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a flauta shape.
Repeat the rolling process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
Arrange the flautas seam-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Lightly spray the tops of the flautas with cooking oil.
Cook the flautas for 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Remove the flautas when they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings like sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or diced onions.
