These Air Fryer Coconut Oat Bars are soft, chewy, and naturally sweetened with banana and maple syrup. With just five ingredients, they cook in under 10 minutes and are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or school lunches. No flour, no eggs, no refined sugar, just wholesome goodness in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats, coconut, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla until well combined.
