- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions
- Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in oats, coconut, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla until well combined.
- Scoop and shape into sticks or bars.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, until golden and crisp on the edges.
- Let cool slightly. Serve plain or dip in melted chocolate.
Notes
- No air fryer? Bake at 350°F for 15–18 minutes on a parchment-lined tray.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for 1 week.
