These 3 ingredients biscuits are eggless, oven-free, and perfectly crispy. A budget-friendly, quick biscuit recipe made with pantry staples and stovetop-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

  1. Mix oil and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add flour and baking powder. Mix to form a soft dough.
  3. Shape into small balls, flatten, and press with a fork.
  4. Line a 7-inch baking mold with parchment and grease it.
  5. Preheat a heavy-bottomed pan with a wire stand for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Place mold inside, cover with a lid, and cook on medium-low for 15–18 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely in the mold before removing and serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, cool completely before storing. Adjust heat if biscuits brown too fast. No need to chill the dough unless your kitchen is warm.
