Description

This Zepbound Drink Recipe for Weight Loss is a light, refreshing way to support digestion, reduce bloating, and stay naturally full. Made with lemon, chia, ginger, and ACV!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (soak 5-10 minutes)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 drop stevia or monk fruit sweetener

Instructions

  1. Stir chia seeds into cold water or coconut water. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  2. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
  3. Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
  4. Shake or stir well and serve over ice.
  5. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake before drinking.

Notes

  • Start with 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar if you’re new to it.
  • Always use a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.
  • Prep a double batch and keep chilled in mason jars.
  • For variety, try lime juice, mint, or turmeric.
  • Best enjoyed in the morning or mid-afternoon to curb cravings.
