- 1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp chia seeds (soak 5-10 minutes)
- Dash of cinnamon
- Optional: 1 drop stevia or monk fruit sweetener
Instructions
- Stir chia seeds into cold water or coconut water. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
- Shake or stir well and serve over ice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake before drinking.
Notes
- Start with 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar if you’re new to it.
- Always use a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.
- Prep a double batch and keep chilled in mason jars.
- For variety, try lime juice, mint, or turmeric.
- Best enjoyed in the morning or mid-afternoon to curb cravings.
