INGREDIENTS

๐Ÿฏ Balsamic vinegar + honey

STEP 1

Season & Sear the Steak.

Pat medallions dry. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Sear in a screaming-hot cast iron for 4โ€“5 min per side.

STEP 2

Rest the Steak.

Remove from heat and tent loosely with foil. Rest for 5 full minutes โ€” this keeps all the juices locked inside the meat.
