Ingredients
Scale
- 6–9 sausage patties (fresh or frozen)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. - Arrange the Sausage Patties:
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place the sausage patties in a single layer, leaving a little space between each one. - Cook:
Air fry the sausage patties for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For Frozen Patties: Add an extra 3 minutes to the cooking time (7 minutes, flip, another 7 minutes).
- Check Doneness:
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If needed, cook for an additional minute or two. - Serve Immediately:
Serve hot with your favorite breakfast sides, like waffles, eggs, or hash browns. Enjoy!
Notes
- Use Fresh or Frozen: Both work perfectly! Just adjust the cooking time slightly for frozen patties.
- Don’t Overcrowd: Ensure the patties have space around them to cook evenly.
- Check Temperature: Always use a meat thermometer to ensure the patties reach 165°F (74°C).
- Crispier Patties: Flip halfway through to get a crispy, even texture on both sides.
- Pairing Ideas: Serve with waffles, pancakes, eggs, or hash browns for a complete breakfast.
