- 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash banana until mostly smooth.
- Add oats, cranberries, chopped pistachios, and orange zest. Mix well.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet and gently flatten each one.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until edges are golden and centers set.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
