Description

This Natural Zepbound Recipe is a healthy, homemade tonic made with warm water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, fresh ginger, and a touch of raw honey. Ingredients

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)

Instructions

  1. Combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, and honey in a mug. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
  2. Add warm water and mix again to combine.
  3. Sip slowly, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

  • Use lukewarm water, not boiling, to protect the enzymes in raw honey and vitamin C in lemon juice.
