Description

Quick, crispy, and golden meatballs cooked to perfection in the air fryer. A hassle-free way to prepare your favorite frozen meatballs!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag of frozen meatballs (Italian-style recommended or your favorite variety)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes to ensure even cooking.
  2. Prepare the Basket: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the Meatballs: Place the frozen meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd to allow proper air circulation.
  4. Cook: Air fry the meatballs for 12–15 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking and browning. If necessary, flip the meatballs for uniform crispiness.
  5. Check Doneness: Check the internal temperature of a meatball with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C). If needed, cook for an additional 2–3 minutes to achieve your desired level of crispiness.
  6. Serve: Once fully cooked, remove the meatballs from the air fryer. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, pasta, or as part of a meal. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t Overcrowd: Arrange meatballs in a single layer for even cooking. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Adjust Time for Size: Larger meatballs may need an extra few minutes, while smaller ones may cook faster.
  • Reheat Easily: Reheat leftover meatballs in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes.
  • Customize: Pair with marinara sauce, BBQ sauce, or serve over pasta for a complete meal.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
