Description

This Natural Mounjaro Tea Recipe is a light, warming blend made with green tea, lemon, ginger, and apple cider vinegar. It supports digestion, hydration, and gentle detox, making it the perfect daily reset or wellness ritual.


Ingredients

  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered with “the mother”)
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 2 cups hot water


Instructions

  1. Boil the water. Heat 2 cups of water until hot but not boiling.
  2. Steep the tea. Drop in the green tea bag and let steep for 3–5 minutes, then remove.
  3. Add flavor. Stir in the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and honey if using.
