Description

Cranberry Walnut Banana Oat Cookies are soft, sweet, and naturally filling. Made with bananas, oats, dried cranberries, and walnuts, they’re perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add oats, walnuts, cranberries, and peanut butter. Mix well.
  4. Scoop onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
  6. Let cool before storing.
