- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats, walnuts, cranberries, and peanut butter. Mix well.
- Scoop onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
- Let cool before storing.
Notes
- Keep in a sealed container for 2–3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.
