Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line two baking sheets with parchment.
- In a mixer, combine softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and flour. Mix on low until crumbly, then use your hands to press the dough together.
- Roll dough on parchment to ⅓–½ inch thick. Cut into 3-inch rounds.
- Place cookies on prepared sheets. Bake for 12–15 minutes until bottoms are lightly golden. Tops should remain pale.
