- 1 large egg
- 1 cup sugar
Optional toppings:
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons chopped cocktail peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Stir until smooth.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten each with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 9–10 minutes, or until edges are light golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Optional: For glaze, microwave chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of milk for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth, adding another tablespoon of milk if needed. Drizzle over cooled cookies and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

- For best results, use traditional creamy peanut butter (like Jif or Skippy).
